Who runs this site

This site is operated by Muizz Khan, an independent developer based in Lahore, Pakistan. There is no parent company, no team, no investors. Any reference to "we" or "our" in this document means me, Muizz Khan.

What this site collects

Information you give directly

If you choose to contact me through any of these channels, I receive whatever you send:

• Booking a call (through the scheduling link in the footer): your name, email, and any details you add to the booking form
• Sending an email: your email address and message
• Messaging on WhatsApp: your phone number and messages
• Connecting on LinkedIn: your LinkedIn profile information as visible to me
• Chatting with Mizychat (the AI assistant on this site): the text of your messages

I use this information only to respond to your message, continue a conversation, or follow up about potential work. I don't add you to mailing lists or share your information with anyone.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, standard technical information is collected by the services that host and protect it. This is the same kind of data almost every website collects:

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
• Pages visited, time on page, referring website
• Approximate location based on IP (country or city level, not precise)

This is collected by the underlying hosting and infrastructure providers used to deliver the site. I use this information in aggregate to understand how the site performs and whether it is reachable. I do not run dedicated tracking or marketing analytics.

Google Search Console is used to monitor how the site appears in Google search results. It provides aggregate data on search queries, impressions, and clicks. It does not identify individual visitors.

Mizychat (the AI assistant)

Mizychat is an AI chatbot that answers questions about my services. When you send a message:

• The message is sent to a third-party AI processing provider, which runs the language model that generates the reply
• Currently, conversation content is not stored on my side after the reply is generated
• I may add conversation logging in the future so I can review the quality of the assistant's answers and improve it. If I do, this policy will be updated, and conversations will be stored only for that purpose, accessible only to me, and never sold or shared

Mizychat is not a place to share sensitive personal information. Please don't share passwords, financial details, medical information, or anything confidential through the chat.

Cookies

The site uses minimal cookies, mostly set by underlying infrastructure providers for security and basic site functionality. I do not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing cookies of my own.

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time. Doing so will not break the site.

Third parties involved

To run the site and respond to inquiries, the following categories of third parties may process data:

• Hosting, content delivery, and security providers (to keep the site online, fast, and protected)
• AI processing provider (to power the Mizychat assistant)
• Scheduling tool (linked from the footer, used when you book a call)
• Email provider (Gmail, used when you email me)
• Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, used when you reach out through those channels)
• Google Search Console (used to monitor search visibility)

Each of these has its own privacy policy. I share only what is necessary for them to do their part (for example, your chat message goes to the AI provider so it can generate a reply, your booking goes to the scheduling tool so we can confirm a meeting).

I do not sell your information to anyone. I do not share it with advertisers. I do not use it for marketing beyond replying to your own messages.

How long information is kept

• Emails, WhatsApp messages, and LinkedIn conversations: kept as long as needed to continue the conversation or maintain a working relationship, then deleted on request
• Booking records: kept for as long as the scheduling tool retains them (typically until you or I delete them)
• Mizychat conversations: currently not stored. If storage is added in the future, retention will be limited to what is needed for quality review, and you can request deletion
• Server logs collected by infrastructure providers: retained according to those providers' standard policies (typically 30 to 90 days)

Your rights

Wherever you are located, you can:

• Ask what information I hold about you
• Ask for it to be corrected if it's wrong
• Ask for it to be deleted
• Ask me to stop using it

To exercise any of these rights, contact me through any of the channels in the footer. I aim to respond within 7 working days.

If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA. I will honor those rights on request, regardless of where I am based.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences. It is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent information through the site or Mizychat, contact me and I will delete it.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect information, including using HTTPS across the site, restricting access to my own systems, and choosing infrastructure providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute protection, but I take the responsibility seriously.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site changes, for example if I add conversation storage to Mizychat or refine how I handle data. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change. Significant changes will be noted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.
