Who runs this site

This site is operated by Muizz Khan, an independent automation developer based in Lahore, Pakistan. References to "I," "me," or "my" mean Muizz Khan. References to "you" mean the person visiting the site.

What this site is for

muizzkhan.com is a personal portfolio. Its purpose is to:

• Show examples of automation work I have built or can build
• Explain the services I offer
• Let potential clients reach me through booking, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or the AI assistant
• Host case studies, demos, and informational content

It is not a software-as-a-service product, not a marketplace, and not a place where you create an account or store data.

Acceptable use

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to break into, disrupt, or overload the site or its underlying services
• Scrape, copy, or republish the content for use in a competing portfolio or marketing site
• Use the AI assistant (Mizychat) to generate harmful, illegal, deceptive, or abusive content
• Submit false information when booking a call or contacting me
• Use the site to harass anyone

I reserve the right to block any user or IP that violates these terms.

Content on the site

All text, copy, design, images, case studies, code samples, and graphics on this site are either created by me or used with permission. They are protected by copyright.

You may:

• Read and share links to the site
• Quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to muizzkhan.com

You may not:

• Copy the site's content or design wholesale into your own site, portfolio, or marketing material
• Use case studies, client references, or testimonials as your own
• Republish the content for commercial use without written permission

If you want to use anything from the site in a way not covered above, ask me first.

Mizychat (the AI assistant)

Mizychat is an AI chatbot designed to answer questions about my services. A few things to know:

• It is an AI. It can make mistakes, give incomplete answers, or misinterpret a question.
• Anything it says about pricing, timelines, scope, availability, or capability is informational only. Nothing the bot says creates a contract or binding commitment.
• Final terms for any engagement come from me directly, in writing, through a proposal or agreement.
• Don't share sensitive personal information, passwords, financial details, or confidential material through the chat.

If something the bot tells you matters to a decision, please confirm it with me directly before relying on it.

Service engagements

If we agree to work together on a project (automation build, consulting, ongoing retainer, or anything else), that work is governed by a separate written agreement that we sign before the project starts. These site terms do not cover paid service engagements.

The website terms govern your use of the website. Project terms govern project work. The two are separate.

Third-party links and services

The site links to or integrates with external services, including scheduling tools, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Gmail, and the AI assistant. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those external services.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is and as-available. I make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, online, and secure, but I do not guarantee that:

• The site will always be available or uninterrupted
• The content will always be up to date or free of errors
• Mizychat will always be available or give correct answers
• Any specific outcome will follow from reading the site or using the assistant

To the maximum extent allowed by law, all warranties (express, implied, statutory) are disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on information or AI responses provided through the site.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, my total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to USD 100.

This limitation does not apply to fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from the use of this site will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless a mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply to you regardless of the choice of law above.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
